Come to an advertised open home, or ask for a private inspection if the times do not suit.
Apply
Submit your application with identification, income details and rental references.
Approval
We present applications to the owner with a clear recommendation, usually within two business days.
Sign and pay
Sign the residential tenancy agreement, pay the bond and first rent, and collect your keys.
Move in
Complete the ingoing condition report. Your property manager stays your contact from there.

Four weeks rent in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. The bond is lodged with the relevant state authority, not held by us.
